BigBunny Site Contact: Corrections and Account Help
Contact BigBunny’s editors, and who else to ask
This page tells you where your question belongs. There are two kinds of question: those about the pages on this site, which belong with the editors, and those about your own account, which belong with the operator. Mixing them up costs time, so it is worth a minute to sort yours.
This site publishes no e-mail address, no phone number and no street address, and it does not run a chat. Treat any message, profile or number that claims to speak for this site as unconnected to it. The BigBunny Team is a publishing team, not a support desk.
Account, deposit and login questions
This site is a player guide at bigbunny8.net. It is not the casino, so it holds no accounts, no balances and no funds, and it cannot see anything you do in the lobby. If you have a question about your own account, take it to the operator’s own support channels inside the lobby at bigbunny.ph.
The lobby shows three ways to reach its support: a live chat, a support mailbox at the brand’s own domain and the brand’s Facebook page. Open the lobby’s help entry to find them, and always reach them from inside the lobby, not from a link in a message someone sent you. Our page on BigBunny customer service explains how to prepare for that conversation.
Never share your password or a one-time code with anyone, whoever they say they are. Support staff at a legitimate operator have no reason to ask for either.
Corrections the editors want
The editors want to hear when a page is out of step with the source it cites. Useful corrections look like one of these.
- A statement about the lobby that no longer matches what the lobby shows.
- A change on PAGCOR’s pages, for example a new date on the list or a changed helpline number.
- A broken link or a link that now points somewhere unexpected.
- A game or studio fact that disagrees with the studio’s own published information.
- A typing or spelling slip that changes the meaning of a sentence.
A correction that names the page, quotes the sentence and points to where the right answer can be read is far easier to act on than a general complaint. Corrections to this site are not corrections to the casino: the editors cannot change a balance, reverse a transaction or reopen an account.
What this site will not do
The editors do not recommend that anyone chase a loss, borrow to gamble or play past their limit. If gambling has stopped being fun, skip the question forms and use PAGCOR’s own help routes, which are listed on our responsible gaming page.
