BigBunny Responsible Gaming: PAGCOR Self Exclusion and Help
Responsible gaming with BigBunny starts at 21
Gambling is for people aged 21 and above only. The BigBunny lobby says so in its footer and opens with a responsible-gaming notice you must accept before the page shows. Its footer seal reads “Gambling can be addictive, know when to stop”, and the lobby links to PAGCOR’s responsible-gaming page, a helpline and PAGCOR’s online self-exclusion portal.
Everything below comes from PAGCOR’s own pages, read on 29 September 2026 and 1 October 2026. Use it before gambling becomes a problem, not after.
PAGCOR’s reminders
PAGCOR gives four reminders to every player.
- Gambling is not a source of income.
- Set time limits for each gambling session.
- Never borrow money or use all of your resources for gambling.
- Don’t chase your losses.
Our page on how to know when to stop turns those reminders into habits you can practise before your next session.
Who may not gamble
PAGCOR says the following people are prohibited from gambling.
- All government officials and employees.
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
- Persons under 21 years of age.
- Persons listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP).
- Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling shows up in many ways. You may spend or bet more than you meant to, gamble for longer than you planned, or try again and again to win back what you lost. It can lead to debt, missed bills and other money trouble, and you may start borrowing or selling belongings to keep gambling. If gambling takes over your thoughts, strains your family or leaves you hopeless, anxious or depressed, act now.
Self exclusion and family exclusion
PAGCOR’s online self-exclusion application portal is www.osea.pagcor.ph. PAGCOR runs two exclusion programs.
| Program | Who applies | Periods you may request |
|---|---|---|
| Self exclusion | You, if you feel you are developing a problem | 6 months, 1 year or 5 years |
| Family exclusion | A spouse, child or parent of the person who needs help | 6 months, 1 year or 3 years |
The self exclusion period for the first six months is irrevocable, and when an exclusion period ends the order is lifted automatically. PAGCOR lists the requirements for each program on its player exclusion page, including a government-issued photo ID and two 2x2 colored photos taken within the last 6 months. Ask PAGCOR how an exclusion applies to the site you use before you rely on it.
